2 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup bread flour
1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat sugar, brown sugar and butter until light and creamy, about 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in one Oakdell egg at a time. Mix in vanilla.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together salt, baking soda, all-purpose flour and bread flour. With the mixer on low, slowly add in the flour mixture. Mix until well incorporated and then stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough into balls and place on a baking sheet pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
