6 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs, boiled, peeled, and cut in half
1 tbps mayonnaise
2 tbps buffalo wing hot sauce
1/4 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
2 tbps celery, diced
1 green onion, sliced
2 tbps blue cheese, crumbled
 

Buffalo Wing Deviled Eggs Directions

  1. Hard boil eggs, cool, then carefully remove eggshells.
  2. Scoop out the egg yolks and place them in a small bowl. Mash with a fork. Mix in mayo, hot sauce, chicken, and celery.
  3. Fill egg whites with 1 tablespoon egg yolk mixture. Garnish with green onion and blue cheese.
